When it comes to selling your home I take a personal bespoke approach.
I do not have a high street office but instead you will have my attention throughout the whole process. I will be the one that comes to give you a market appraisal on your home, I will carry out the marketing material, I will carry out all the viewings on the property and finally I will progress the sale once you have an offer to completion.
As well as this, I will provide an additional service if you need assistance with the negotiation on your onward purchase.
If looking for a more personal touch than a traditional high street agent I will be delighted to assist.
I have over 24 years experience within the estate agency industry and have been part of award winning teams throughout my career.
Please note I still will advertise all properties not just on my own website, but also on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. As well as the traditional portals I also use social media including: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Discreet Marketing
If you are looking to sell your property but would prefer to keep the marketing discreet, then I have a different strategy for selling your home. This usually involves just keeping it off the portals but utilising more social media channels, although some clients may just wish it to be discussed with buyers already on the books who are known to us, than having any online presence.
